Removing the QL2x00IP NDIS Driver

If you need to remove the QLA2x00IP NDIS driver, perform the following steps:

1. Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. Double-click the Add/Remove Hardware icon.

3. The Add/Remove Hardware Wizard welcome screen displays. Click Next.

4. In the Choose a Hardware Task dialog box, click Uninstall/Unplug a device

and click Next.

5. In the Choose a Removal Task dialog box, click Uninstall a device and click

Next.

6. From the Device list, select QLogic QLA2x00 PCI Adapter. Click Next.

7. Click Yes, I want to uninstall this device. Click Next.

8. In the Add/Remove Hardware Wizard dialog box, click Finish to complete the

removal of the driver.
