Hardware Components

A typical QLogic FC adapter includes the following major components:

 RISC processor

 Static random access memory (SRAM)

 Non-volatile memory (Flash)

 Non-volatile random access memory (NVRAM) (On ISP25xx, NVRAM is

built into the Flash)

 Transceivers

 LEDs
