You can change these parameters on a Windows NT/2000 system under the

following conditions:

❑ You select the Enable NVRAM Parameters Update option under QLview

for Fibre Security (see section 5.2.5.1).

❑ You provide the correct password and it is authenticated by the QLview for

Fibre Security Agent.

You can change these parameters on a NetWare system under the following

conditions:

❑ You entered a password in the security application (see section 5.2.5.2).

❑ You provide the correct password and it is authenticated by QLview for

Fibre.

The NVRAM parameters are divided into two groups: Adapter NVRAM Settings

and Adapter Advanced NVRAM Settings. See section 5 for descriptions of these

settings.
